Account & Finance Manager

Proforce Limited in Ogun State, Nigeria is seeking an experienced Account & Finance Manager with strong knowledge of engineering and automobile manufacturing operations. The role involves overseeing financial management, accounting activities, budgeting, reporting, controls and compliance, and working with engineering, production, procurement, stores and other departments.

What you would do

• Manage the organisation's accounting and financial activities.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Create and track budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial plans.
• Track financial performance and deliver analyses to management.
• Set up and uphold robust financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Review costs across production, engineering, procurement, inventory and maintenance.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ANAN or equivalent (required or highly desirable).
• At least 7 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and automobile manufacturing processes; experience with manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, inventory accounting and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Word and other financial applications.
• High integrity with accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail; strong analytical, numerical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
