Account and Finance Associate

What you would do

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Assist with budgeting, payroll, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years relevant work experience
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, ATS) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
