About this role
Catilas Resources Limited is recruiting for contract positions as Account Acquisition Agents to support a leading commercial bank. The roles are location-based across several Nigerian cities, including Nnewi (Anambra), Delta, Uniben (Edo), Lagos, Ogbomosho (Oyo), and Port Harcourt service centres in Sapele, Eleme, and Mokola (Rivers). The job targets individuals who can attract new customers for banking services and perform with an entrepreneurial and self-assured mindset. The company provides commission-based earnings and a monthly transportation allowance.
What you would do
- Attract new customers for banking services
- Meet or exceed recruitment/brand acquisition targets
- Engage potential clients and explain banking products
- Maintain records of client interactions and prospects
- Collaborate with branch teams to convert leads
- Provide timely updates on pipeline and outcomes
- Follow company and regulatory policies in client engagement
- Manage client inquiries and schedule follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding new customers as required
- Report performance metrics to supervisors
