About this role

A development programme for graduates to become engineering and business leaders in Emerson, Lagos, combining technical and commercial training with hands-on experience in sales, service and project delivery. Targeted at recent engineering or science graduates who are up to 26 years old and meet NYSC requirements.

What you would do

• Participate in the developmental programme and complete internship projects
• Support service, sales teams and regional LBPs; collaborate with engineers and business development
• Assist in developing and implementing regional sales and service strategies
• Strengthen long-term relationships with customer accounts to showcase Emerson capabilities
• Keep updated on products, industries and market trends and ensure ethics and compliance
• Maintain records of business activity and adhere to ITC policies

What they are asking for

• Engineering degree with minimum second class upper (electrical/electronic, chemical, mechanical or related sciences)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have completed NYSC or have discharge/exemption by Sept 2025
• Fluent in English
• 0–2 years post-graduate work experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and ethical standards; age not older than 26
